Project Site Engineers (Pooling)

Job Summary:

The Project Site Engineers will work closely with the Project Manager in the planning and execution of the construction and installation of PV Solar Panels in the entire projects of the organization.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects are executed according to approved timeline, budget, safety and technical standards.
  • Ensure proper resources management (Procurement and Logistics).
  • Develop and execute plans for quality construction implementation and audit.
  • Develop project schedule according to approved plans and contract.
  • Manage client engagements during implementation phase.
  • Manage manpower and contractor work progress and performance.

Qualifications and Skills Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree/Licensed in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • With at least three years of experience working in the field as Project Engineer for solar projects is required in this position.
  • Knowledgeable in the Monitoring, installation, testing and operation of solar PV systems.
  • With adequate know how in using Microsoft Office and AutoCad.
  • Team player and with excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Preferably Sales Executive specialized in Sales Engineering/Technical or equivalent.

The Junior Accountant will perform the daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. This includes the managing of expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into internal databases and reconciliations of accounts.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and closing of General Ledger and associated subsidiary ledgers on a monthly basis, including all associated activities;
  • Preparing journal entries, analyses, bookkeeping and assisting with monthly close processes;
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns/tax filings;
  • Assist /oversee accounts payable/accounts receivable function;
  • Responds to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audit;
  • Prepares bank and other balance sheet account reconciliations;
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and BIR.

Qualifications and Skills Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Preferably CPA, but not required.
  • With hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks).
  • Detail oriented, analytical, strong organizational skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, works well under pressure.
